Community Manager

About the role

Jerry.ai is building the first all‑in‑one app for car ownership and needs a Community Manager who can authentically represent the brand where its users already gather – Reddit, Quora, YouTube, TikTok and similar platforms. You will be the voice that turns fragmented conversations about car insurance, repairs and financing into trusted, engaging community experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry’s organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, TikTok and other relevant channels.
• Develop a community playbook that defines posting cadence, reply strategy and moments to stay silent.
• Expand and nurture Jerry‑focused subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Design a scalable content and engagement strategy that retains authenticity, leveraging AI where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic and LLM citation to inform strategy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of community management or organic social experience, preferably in fintech, insurtech or other regulated consumer sectors.
• Platform‑native communicator who writes in a tone that earns upvotes and resonates across Reddit, TikTok and Quora.
• Strategic operator who builds repeatable systems rather than ad‑hoc vibes.
• Proven ability to humanise “boring” or stressful categories.
• Patient, long‑game thinker who values organic trust over quick PR wins.
