Community Manager

About the role

Jerry.ai is building the first all‑in‑one app for car ownership and needs a Community Manager who can authentically represent the brand where its users already gather – Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok. You will be the voice that turns everyday conversations about car insurance and repairs into trusted, engaging community experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an organic growth strategy across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Create a playbook for each platform, defining posting cadence, reply guidelines, and silence periods.
• Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Design scalable content and engagement tactics while maintaining authenticity, leveraging AI where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Track and report sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of community management or organic social experience, preferably in fintech, insurtech, or other regulated consumer sectors.
• Comfortable writing in the tone of Reddit threads, TikTok comments, and Quora answers.
• Strategic mindset that builds systems and understands SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
• Proven ability to humanize “boring” or stressful topics.
• Patient, long‑term thinker who values organic trust over quick PR wins.
