Community Manager

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a portfolio of single‑family and townhome rentals in Madison, TN. You will lead a on‑site team, ensure financial targets are met, and maintain compliance with all housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident services.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and track performance against targets.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable laws.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive occupancy during the lease‑up phase.
• Provide leadership and training to property staff to achieve operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
• Strong understanding of multi‑family housing regulations and best practices.
• Proven ability to meet financial and operational goals.
