Community Manager

About the role

Jerry.ai is building the first all‑in‑one app for car ownership and needs a Community Manager who can authentically represent the brand where its users already gather – Reddit, Quora, YouTube and TikTok. You will be the voice that turns everyday conversations about car insurance, repairs and financing into trusted, engaging community experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry’s organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube and TikTok.
• Develop a playbook for each platform, defining when to post, reply or stay silent.
• Grow Jerry‑related subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Design a scalable content and engagement strategy that retains authenticity, leveraging AI where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic and LLM citation metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of community management or organic social experience, preferably in fintech, insurtech or other regulated consumer sectors.
• Platform‑native communicator who writes in a tone that earns upvotes and resonates across Reddit, TikTok and Quora.
• Strategic thinker who builds systems, understands SEO and how large language models cite sources.
• Proven ability to humanise “boring” or stressful categories and foster long‑term organic trust.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience managing communities on Reddit, TikTok, Quora and YouTube.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and LLM citation behavior.
