About the role
The Community Manager will oversee the daily operations of a Greystar‑managed property in Humble, Texas. This position is responsible for leading the on‑site team, managing resources, and ensuring the property meets its financial and operational targets while complying with all relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including staff supervision and resource allocation.
- Develop and monitor the property budget by analyzing financial statements and operational reports.
- Set rent rates, oversee rent and fee collection, and ensure timely posting of payments.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other multi‑family housing regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing to review current and projected market information.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
Required skills
- Budget analysis and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and related housing regulations.
