About the role
You will serve as the trusted link between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders and title companies, guiding real‑estate transactions from contract review through closing. Your focus is on accuracy, timeliness, and delivering a smooth, confidence‑building experience for all parties.
Key responsibilities
- Review contracts, verify titles, taxes, and loan funding requirements.
- Coordinate paperwork with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, underwriters, and government agencies.
- Maintain detailed escrow files to ensure error‑free, on‑time closings.
- Build and nurture relationships with agents, attorneys, lenders, surveyors and other industry partners.
- Train and supervise escrow assistants, delegating tasks and auditing work.
- Attend closings and provide a positive, memorable experience for clients.
Required profile
- Positive, can‑do attitude with strong consultative skills.
- Problem‑solver who can identify and resolve potential issues quickly.
- Continuous learner who stays current on regulations and industry changes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to read people and manage difficult conversations with empathy.
- Highly organized multi‑tasker capable of handling many contracts under deadline pressure.
Required skills
- Notary public license.
- Escrow officer license.
- Technical knowledge of the real‑estate closing process.
