Community Manager – Grand Villas at Tuscan Lake

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of Grand Villas at Tuscan Lake, ensuring a high‑quality living experience for residents while meeting financial and operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations, including staffing, maintenance coordination, and resident services.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust the property budget based on financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, and ensure timely lease administration.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable regulations.
• Prepare and present regular financial and operational reports to senior management.
• Lead resident engagement initiatives and address resident concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
• Strong understanding of multifamily housing regulations and budgeting processes.
• Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and maintain operational standards.

Required skills

• Budget analysis and financial statement review.
• Rent roll and lease administration.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and related compliance requirements.
• Resident relations and team leadership.
