Community Manager – Forma (US)

About the role

Autodesk is seeking a dynamic Community Manager to grow and energize the Forma community across the United States. You will own the end‑to‑end community marketing process, from ideation to measurable impact, and act as the voice of the community both online and at key industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Scale the Forma content creators program, turning users into advocates and contributors.
• Spark, participate in, and amplify discussions on LinkedIn, Reddit, and related forums with a focus on the US market.
• Contribute to a data‑driven community strategy, experimenting and iterating based on user insights.
• Represent Forma at architecture conferences and events, building relationships and driving engagement.
• Facilitate feedback loops between the community and product teams to influence the product roadmap.
• Stay ahead of trends in community marketing, architecture, and AI to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Experienced architect with a strong network and credibility in the architecture community.
• Proven ability to take ideas from concept to reality and drive outcomes across the community marketing toolkit.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, comfortable engaging peers in the industry.
• Willingness to travel for events and team off‑sites.

Required skills

• Proficiency with architecture software (e.g., Autodesk Forma, Forma Site Design).
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Collaboration tools: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom.
• Basic video editing.
• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing or community workflows (preferred).
