Community Manager for The Avenue Hollywood

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of The Avenue Hollywood, a stabilized 180‑unit property in Los Angeles. The role combines operational leadership, financial oversight, and resident relations to ensure the community runs smoothly and meets budgeted goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations, team members, and resources to achieve financial and operational targets.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Oversee rent collection, fee posting, bank deposits, and ensure timely invoicing of vendors and contractors.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and code charges to the appropriate accounts.
• Handle lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, discounts, inspections, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other relevant regulations.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of Community Manager experience in the Hollywood market or Los Angeles jurisdiction.
• Strong operational and financial acumen with proven leasing experience.
• Ability to manage a team, coordinate with vendors, and uphold regulatory standards.
