About the role
Greystar is seeking an experienced Community Manager for its Solara property. The role oversees day‑to‑day operations, leads the on‑site team, and ensures financial and operational goals are met while complying with all relevant housing regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily property operations to achieve budgeted financial and operational targets.
- Control expenditures and oversee maintenance repairs within approved budgets.
- Supervise lease enforcement, including application approvals, discounts, and renewals.
- Hire, train, and evaluate property staff to ensure performance goals are met.
- Maintain client/owner relationships by providing performance updates and responding to requests.
Required profile
- Previous property management experience (fee management preferred).
- Proven supervisory abilities to lead and assess team members.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and fiscal reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Experience with Yardi/OneSite property management software.
