Community Manager for SkyMor Research Park

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of SkyMor Research Park, a single‑family lease‑up community in Charlotte, NC. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures the property meets its financial targets, operational standards, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily activities, resources, and team members to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Coordinate lease‑up efforts for 70 units, monitoring occupancy and resident satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Greystar policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable laws.
• Analyze financial statements and marketing data to contribute to budget development.
• Maintain property standards through regular inspections and vendor oversight.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in property or community management.
