Community Manager for Mariblu Southcenter

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Mariblu Southcenter property. You will lead a team, manage financial performance, and ensure compliance with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor budgets, set rent rates, collect payments, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, manage petty cash, and ensure proper insurance documentation.
• Oversee lease enforcement, resident applications, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collections.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain resident satisfaction through prompt response to complaints and service requests.
• Conduct property inspections to uphold safety, cleanliness, and appearance standards.
• Hire, train, and evaluate property staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Maintain owner relationships with regular updates, tours, and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution, and customer‑service abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Advanced skills in internet use, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on‑site.
