Community Manager for Lantower Grande Pines

About the role

The Community Manager oversees daily operations of the Lantower Grande Pines property, ensuring financial targets, resident satisfaction, and compliance with all regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, monitor financial performance, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Oversee leasing activities, including application approvals, rent collection, lease enforcement, and resident retention initiatives.
• Supervise property staff, handle hiring, training, performance management, and ensure maintenance standards are met.
• Maintain vendor relationships, approve invoices, and manage petty cash and bank deposits.
• Analyze market trends to implement effective marketing and leasing strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and customer service abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Advanced skills in internet research, word processing, spreadsheet (Excel) and database management.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on the property.
