Community Manager for Lakesound Property

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the Lakesound property. The role is responsible for day‑to‑day operations, financial performance and resident satisfaction at this multifamily community.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations, team members and resources to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements and market data to forecast performance.
• Set rent rates, ensure timely rent collection, process deposits and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Control expenditures, manage petty cash and stay within approved budget limits.
• Oversee lease enforcement: approve applications, renewals, discounts, conduct inspections, issue notices, process evictions and collect fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through responsive service.

Required profile

• Experience managing multifamily property operations and teams.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and related regulations.
• Strong analytical skills for budgeting and financial reporting.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, contractors and owners.
