Community Manager for Broadstone Junction

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of the Broadstone Junction property, leading the on‑site team to achieve financial and operational goals while ensuring compliance with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and code charges to the appropriate accounts.
• Control expenditures, manage petty cash, and stay within approved budget limits.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Monitor market and economic trends to inform short‑ and long‑term strategies.
• Lead, train, and schedule property staff to maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multifamily property or community management.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and vendor relationships.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a focus on resident satisfaction.
