Community Manager for Broadstone Jordan Ranch

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of the Broadstone Jordan Ranch property, leading the on‑site team to meet financial and operational targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates and coordinate with accounting.
• Control expenditures, manage petty cash and stay within approved budget limits.
• Oversee lease enforcement, approve applications, conduct inspections, handle evictions and collect late fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and address community issues.

Required profile

• Experience in property or community management within multi‑family housing.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and related regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make budgetary decisions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
