Community Manager for Broadstone Ingleside

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of the Broadstone Ingleside property, a stabilized 336‑unit garden‑style community. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures financial performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with all applicable housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the property’s budget, analyze financial statements, set rent rates, and ensure timely rent collection and bank deposits.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting and ownership.
• Oversee lease administration, including application approvals, renewals, rent adjustments, inspections, evictions, and collection of fees.
• Monitor market trends and develop short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Lead on‑site staff, schedule daily activities, and maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other regulations.
• Control expenditures, manage petty‑cash fund, and prepare monthly financial status reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multifamily property management or community management.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and related regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyze financial data, develop budgets, and drive revenue targets.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage staff and interact with residents.
