Community Manager for Avana Happy Valley

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Avana Happy Valley property. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor property budgets, analyze financial statements, and set rent rates to meet revenue targets.
• Approve vendor invoices, manage petty cash, and ensure proper insurance documentation.
• Oversee lease enforcement, resident applications, renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals.
• Maintain resident satisfaction by responding to requests and ensuring timely maintenance service.
• Conduct regular property inspections to uphold safety, cleanliness, and appearance standards.
• Hire, train, and supervise property staff, and manage owner relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution, and customer‑service skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, database management).
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on‑site.
• All required state and local licenses/certifications.

• Salary range $88,000 – $97,000 USD per year.
