Community Manager - Elevate

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Elevate property, a 293‑unit mid‑rise community in Dania Beach. This includes managing staff, budgets, leasing, resident satisfaction, and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, monitor financial performance, and ensure timely rent collection and bank deposits.
• Approve vendor invoices, manage petty cash, and oversee lease enforcement, including applications, renewals, inspections, and evictions.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain resident satisfaction by addressing complaints, service requests, and ensuring property upkeep meets safety and appearance standards.
• Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate property staff, and maintain strong owner relationships through regular updates and tours.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and work both independently and as a team leader.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Strong computer skills: internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
• Valid driver’s license (required for operating a golf cart on‑site).
