Community Manager – Beauty Brand

About the role

e.l.f. SKIN is looking for a Community Manager to engage its growing audience of beauty enthusiasts. The role focuses on connecting with fans across social platforms, answering questions, educating about the skin product line, and celebrating customers' skin journeys both online and offline.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to community inbound messages on all social channels.
• Engage proactively with fans by liking, commenting, and sharing user‑generated content.
• Escalate consumer inquiries to relevant internal teams.
• Draft and update response macros based on inbound volume and trends.
• Collaborate with the customer service team on order and promotion queries.
• Identify and track feedback to inform broader community strategy.

Required profile

• Based in New York City or Los Angeles.
• Strong written communication and rapid‑response mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Curiosity to discover new content trends and engagement opportunities.
