Community Manager – Atlantic at Parkridge

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for the Atlantic at Parkridge property in Irmo. The role oversees daily operations, ensures compliance with company policies and housing regulations, and drives financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing property budgets by reviewing financial statements and market data.
• Achieve revenue targets by setting rent rates, collecting payments, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting.
• Manage lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collection.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction through responsive service and community initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in multifamily property management or community management.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, and related regulations.
• Ability to interpret financial data and manage budgets.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
