About the role
Join LEGO’s Consumer & Shopper Engagement team in Boston as a Community Engager fluent in French and English. You will help bring the LEGO brand to life across social media, owned communities, and emerging platforms, fostering real‑time connections with fans of all ages.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with LEGO fans in English and French on social media, community forums, and new digital channels.
- Craft brand‑aligned, human‑focused responses that inspire creativity and joy.
- Adapt tone of voice for diverse audiences, from children and families to adult creators.
- Identify and act on opportunities to deepen community interaction and elevate engagement.
- Maintain safe, inclusive digital spaces by moderating and escalating inappropriate content.
- Collaborate with Social, Marketing, and Customer Engagement teams to ensure consistent experiences.
- Capture community insights to inform content strategy and product storytelling.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience with social media or online community engagement.
- Exceptional written communication skills in both English and French.
- Strong understanding of digital culture and ability to work in fast‑paced, real‑time environments.
- Passion for the LEGO brand and appreciation for creativity, play, and community.
