Community Engagement Manager

About the role

The Community Engagement Manager leads poppi’s community strategy, acting as the primary bridge between the brand and its 2M+ social followers as well as the 90K+ members of the TYB ambassador program. This high‑visibility role blends online interaction with real‑world activations to deepen emotional connections and drive positive brand sentiment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end community management across social platforms, including comments, DMs, fan mail, and hotline voicemails.
• Monitor and analyze community sentiment to inform brand tone, actions, and opportunities.
• Use community feedback to influence product, content, and marketing decisions.
• Lead and grow the TYB ambassador community, driving participation, advocacy, and ongoing engagement.
• Design and deliver community‑first activations, surprise‑and‑delight moments, and quarterly IRL events across the country.
• Manage audience sampling, milestone requests, and trend‑led cultural opportunities.
• Onboard, mentor, and manage a direct report, delegating to scale operations while maintaining quality.
• Partner with marketing, social, and brand teams to embed community insights into broader campaigns and support crisis management.
