Community Assistant – Student Living at Reveille Ranch

About the role

The Community Assistant supports the property management team at Reveille Ranch, a student‑living community, by handling administrative, leasing, and resident‑service tasks. This onsite position ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations and helps achieve occupancy and retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties such as copying documents, filing resident files, preparing notices, and organizing rent payments.
• Assist with leasing activities: conduct virtual tours, respond to online inquiries, greet and qualify prospects, give property tours, and show apartments.
• Generate lease paperwork, organize lease files, and support move‑in and move‑out processes, including mandatory “turn” dates.
• Answer incoming calls, schedule prospect appointments, and conduct on‑campus marketing outreach.
• Coordinate resident events, distribute flyers, newsletters, surveys, and late notices.
• Serve as an after‑hours liaison, responding to emergencies and covering at least one on‑call shift per week.

Required profile

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on‑call shifts.
• Ability to handle move‑in and move‑out dates as mandatory work days.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with residents and prospects.
