Communications Supervising Associate – Industries and Growth

About the role

EY is looking for a Communications Supervising Associate to support internal communications for its Industries and Growth pillars. You will work closely with senior team members and business stakeholders to translate business priorities into clear, engaging messages that drive alignment across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of internal communications across commercial industry groups, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Draft and edit leadership messages, announcements, newsletters, and presentation materials.
• Translate business priorities into audience‑friendly communications.
• Coordinate communications plans and calendars, aligning activities across teams.
• Manage logistics for internal campaigns, leadership meetings, and events.
• Partner with team members to ensure consistent messaging with firm priorities.
• Maintain and organize communications assets for easy access and up‑to‑date use.
• Track deliverables and deadlines to ensure high‑standard completion.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and contribute ideas to improve communication processes.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in communications or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility.
• Professional judgment when handling sensitive information.
