Communications Manager – Internal & Employee Engagement

About the role

The Communications Manager will partner with the People Team to shape and deliver internal communications across U.S. offices. You will create on‑brand content that informs, engages, and reinforces company culture for employees at all levels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative communication strategies for HR programs, security awareness, sustainability, and corporate citizenship initiatives.
• Draft, design, and publish digital assets such as posters, banners, intranet articles, and digital signage for multiple U.S. locations.
• Manage the internal communications editorial calendar and segmented distribution lists to ensure timely, coordinated messaging.
• Collaborate with the U.S. Newsroom team on multi‑channel campaigns that bridge internal and external storytelling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Human Resources or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in internal communications or HR communications, preferably within a large, matrixed organization.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Design experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
• Experience with intranet content management systems and digital signage platforms.
