Common Laborer – Miami Signature Bridge

About the role

We are seeking a Common Laborer to join the crew working on the Miami Signature Bridge project in Miami, FL. This position involves hands‑on physical work on a high‑visibility civil construction site, supporting the team with a variety of tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Perform physical labor as directed by the supervisor.
• Operate hand and power tools such as drills, hammers, and other equipment.
• Clean and prepare construction sites, including erecting scaffolding, removing debris, and digging trenches.
• Load and unload construction supplies manually and with equipment.
• Assist with site preparation and other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of verifiable construction labor experience.
• Ability to climb and maintain balance on scaffolds or ladders.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lb and working in adverse weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, desire to learn, and good manual dexterity.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug screening and comply with all safety policies.
