Common Area Attendant (Resort)

About the role

As a Common Area Attendant you will maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests at the resort, ensuring indoor and outdoor areas are tidy and inviting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping tasks throughout the resort, including dusting, polishing, washing floors, windows, counters, walls, and woodwork.
• Sweep, scrub, mop floors, clean and vacuum carpets, and restock restrooms and locker rooms with paper products.
• Remove trash, pick up debris, empty containers, and transport waste to disposal and recycling areas.
• Observe precautions to protect hotel and guest property, reporting damage, theft, and found items to supervisors.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and concerns.

Required profile

• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive, can‑do attitude.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
