Commissioning Scheduler

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction/Commissioning Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules that link construction completion with equipment startup, testing, commissioning, and final turnover.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction and commissioning schedules using Primavera P6 and other approved tools, applying CPM principles.
• Integrate construction, procurement, equipment delivery, startup, testing, commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities into a single project schedule.
• Track progress, prepare weekly/monthly schedule reports, and identify schedule risks, constraints, and recovery actions.
• Coordinate with construction, commissioning teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure logical sequencing and readiness for commissioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of construction scheduling, project controls, or commissioning experience, preferably on MEP‑intensive or mission‑critical facilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of Critical Path Method scheduling, Work Breakdown Structures, activity logic, baseline management, and schedule variance analysis.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Power BI, or other construction/project controls platforms is a plus.
