Commissioning Administration Specialist for Mission‑Critical Projects

About the role

Rinvio is seeking a Commissioning Admin / Cx Admin to manage commissioning documentation, turnover packages, test records, and closeout coordination for mission‑critical MEP construction projects in the Boise area. This full‑time, on‑site position supports data‑center and critical infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Track commissioning documentation using CxAlloy, Procore, or similar platforms.
• Maintain system turnover packages, test records, checklists, issue logs, and closeout documentation.
• Coordinate documentation flow between trade partners, engineers, commissioning teams, project leadership, and stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation meets owner requirements, commissioning standards, project specifications, and turnover expectations.
• Support final closeout, record organization, status tracking, and follow‑up on missing documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in commissioning administration, project administration, document control, construction administration, or MEP project support.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, follow‑up, and documentation discipline.
• Ability to coordinate with trade partners, engineers, commissioning teams, and project leadership.
• Experience with mission‑critical, data‑center, MEP, electrical, mechanical, or commissioning projects preferred.

• Compensation range $180,000‑$220,000 per year, based on experience.
