Commercial Vehicle Sales Intern

About the role

As a Commercial Vehicle Sales Intern at Bosch, you will support the Business Unit Sales Teams in handling commercial and project activities for Heavy‑Duty Truck customers. You will work on advanced electronics, steering, braking and powertrain solutions while collaborating with Bosch teams across North America, Germany and India.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and document sample requests and purchase orders for major truck manufacturers such as Daimler, Volvo and PACCAR.
• Coordinate information flow with the European sample shop and track arrival times from production plants.
• Maintain and update the master sample tracker, informing sales teams of status changes.
• Manage customer‑specific sample requirements and monitor outbound deliveries.
• Prepare engineering change quote letters and support cross‑business‑unit activities to improve efficiency.
• Maintain lists of open items, draft and distribute meeting minutes for internal and external meetings.
• Handle special assignments as requested by the Commercial Vehicle Team.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program (Freshman, Sophomore or starting Master’s) pursuing an Engineering or Business degree (ME, EE, CS).
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 and at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team.
• Interest in sales, project management and commercial tasks.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to present information to all organizational levels.
