Account Manager - Power Solutions

About the role

As an Account Manager supporting Bosch's Power Solutions division and the Ford customer team, you will drive growth and maintain strategic relationships with OEM and Tier 1 customers. The role focuses on acquiring new business, managing existing accounts, and ensuring high customer satisfaction within the automotive powertrain sector.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales‑related activities to maintain and expand business opportunities.
• Lead primary acquisition efforts for the Power Solutions division.
• Perform account‑management tasks to sustain existing business.
• Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction through proactive relationship building.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Experience in a customer‑facing or interaction role.
• Proven leadership ability to foster teamwork and resolve issues.
• Strong ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
