Commercial Lines Policy Services Representative II (Hybrid)

About the role

As a Commercial Lines Policy Services Representative II, you will support the accurate and timely production of commercial insurance policies, handling new business, endorsements, renewals, cancellations and premium audit tasks while providing responsive service to agencies and internal partners.

Key responsibilities

• Screen and pre‑underwrite new business applications, ensure completeness, enter data and maintain manual diary for non‑automated endorsements.
• Produce change endorsements, renewal listings, premium quotes, cancellations and reinstatements in the policy administration system.
• Process manual transactions, reconcile edit and error reports, and handle manual rating and coding for specific lines of business.
• Participate in quality control, assist with training new employees and support underwriting teams with complex accounts.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years of related experience; insurance course preferred.
• Strong math, analytical abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to type at least 90 gross keystrokes per minute with accuracy.
