Commercial Cards Consultant

About the role

The Commercial Cards Consultant will join Infosys’ Financial Services unit, supporting banking clients in the United States. The role focuses on analyzing and optimizing card‑related business processes, conducting benchmarking studies, and guiding system implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry standards.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies and work with stakeholders to ensure solution performance meets domain‑specific insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams to document system customizations, draft standard operating procedures, and create workflow documentation.
• Research third‑party products within the cards and payments domain, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability.
• Coordinate implementation activities, address issues during setup and integration, and support post‑implementation system stability.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and coordination skills with a focus on process optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaborative spirit.
• Ability to create detailed process maps and technical documentation.
• Proactive approach to benchmarking studies and product research.
• Familiarity with system implementation and configuration management.

• Payments domain knowledge (US banking payments).
• Product Management within banking.
• Business Intelligence and data analysis using SQL Server.
