Commercial Account Manager

About the role

RelaDyne is looking for a motivated Commercial Account Manager to grow and manage business within an assigned market in Farmerville, LA. You will be responsible for developing new accounts, expanding existing relationships, and driving revenue growth in the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Develop new business within the assigned territory.
• Meet or exceed sales and profit goals.
• Build long‑term customer relationships and present new products and programs.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure excellent service.
• Monitor sales trends and customer performance.
• Collaborate with inside sales, operations, and credit teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and pricing information.
• Communicate market pricing and competitive activity to management.

Required profile

• Reside within reasonable commuting distance to Farmerville, LA.
• 1‑5 years of sales or account management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Fuel, lubricant, or industrial sales experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Salesforce or CRM experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
