Commercial Account Manager – Healthcare Partnerships

About the role

CalmiGo Neurotech is looking for a relationship‑focused Commercial Account Manager to grow and support its healthcare partnerships across the Central United States. The role will primarily serve behavioral health and related settings, with a strong emphasis on the Veterans Affairs (VA) healthcare system.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clinicians, clinic leadership, and operational teams at partner organizations.
• Support existing accounts through regular communication, trainings, webinars, and on‑site visits.
• Coordinate clinician education sessions, conferences, and industry events to drive product adoption.
• Collaborate with internal clinical, operations, customer support, and leadership teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Identify growth opportunities within current accounts and develop expansion strategies.
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and documentation in CRM systems.
• Monitor partnership health metrics, re‑engage low‑utilization accounts, and translate field feedback into product improvements.
• Navigate logistical and administrative workflows of healthcare systems to ensure smooth onboarding and support.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience as an account manager, customer success manager, clinician, or in a role working directly with clinicians.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent communication, responsiveness, and ability to educate and train healthcare professionals.
