Commercial ABL Analyst (Training in Tampa)

About the role

LCG Advisors is seeking a Commercial Asset‑Based Lending (ABL) Analyst to support large banks and non‑bank lenders. The role begins with a 2.5‑to‑3‑month training period in Tampa, FL, after which the analyst will work on‑site with clients on credit line engagements ranging from under $1 million to $1 billion.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct due‑diligence services, including audit engagements, portfolio reviews, and acquisition due‑diligence.
• Perform on‑site or remote engagements for banks and lenders requiring lines of credit.
• Audit collateral such as accounts receivable and inventory, interpreting complex financial information.
• Document findings in Excel templates and produce comprehensive written reports for lenders.
• Interact professionally with clients through calls and meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred).
• 2‑4 years of ABL experience preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and lift up to 15 lb.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Experience with data‑extraction or reporting tools.
