Collision Estimator – Full‑time

About the role

Crash Champions is seeking experienced Collision Estimators to join our fast‑growing network of repair centers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring accurate, timely estimates.

Key responsibilities

• Educate customers on vehicle repair procedures, insurance processes, and their rights.
• Complete initial and final estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, locking final numbers.
• Manage each repair through the process, performing in‑process quality control to meet company standards.
• Keep customers informed of vehicle status and provide an exceptional experience.
• Pull and review data for body technicians, complete post‑scanning, and handle final repair order close‑out.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
• Experience working with insurance partners is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CCC One estimating system.
• Experience using Mitchell estimating software.
• Familiarity with Audatex estimating tools.
