Collections Repo and Redemption Team Leader

About the role

The Collections Repo and Redemption Team Leader provides daily supervisory support to agents serving both internal and external customers of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services. The role focuses on coaching, training, and developing team members while ensuring key performance indicators are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, communicate, and develop employees through coaching, huddles, side‑by‑side assistance and formal training.
• Oversee team workload, monitor KPI targets, and adjust resources to meet performance goals.
• Conduct management activities such as performance appraisals, interviews, and talent selection.
• Manage projects, identify process gaps, benchmark trends, and implement changes to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience supervising a team in a collections or financial services environment.
• Strong coaching and employee development skills.
• Ability to manage workload and meet KPI targets.
