About the role

Reframe Systems is seeking a CNC Operator to join its manufacturing team in Billerica. The role focuses on producing high‑quality modular building components using CNC lumber saws and sheet‑material routers in a fast‑paced, sustainable micro‑factory environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce precise components for modular construction.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with design engineers and production teams to optimize machining processes.
• Monitor production output to verify that components meet quality standards and specifications.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in CNC machining preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience operating and maintaining CNC machinery.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
