CNA/Personal Care Attendant (PCA) – Caregiver

About the role

BAYADA is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide personal care, household support, and companionship to adults living at home in the Las Vegas area. You will follow a written care plan and help clients maintain independence and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide household support including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals, feed clients, and offer medication reminders.
• Support mobility with transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Perform range‑of‑motion exercises and document care activities.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of verifiable work experience or a CNA/LNA license or caregiver certificate.
• Willingness to travel to clients’ homes and deliver compassionate, reliable care.
• Empathy, patience, kindness and a strong desire to help others.
