Outpatient Therapist, LCSW

About the role

The CareMind Therapist will deliver outpatient psychiatric services to patients in the Las Vegas area, providing individual and group therapy, case management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based psychotherapeutic services, including individual and group sessions, and complete clinical documentation within 24 hours.
• Submit professional charges daily, maintain EMR records, and ensure compliance with billing and documentation policies.
• Assist with conflict resolution, cover provider absences, and contribute to call‑schedule development.
• Supervise incoming therapists, lead new therapeutic program development, and support marketing or community education events.

Required profile

• Active Independent Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Nevada.
• Master’s or Doctorate in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related behavioral‑health field.
• Extensive outpatient clinical experience delivering evidence‑based therapies.
• Demonstrated ability to meet compliance standards for documentation and outpatient practice.

Required skills

• Proficiency with screening tools such as M3, PHQ‑9, and GAD‑7.
• Experience using an electronic medical record (EMR) system for timely documentation.
• Knowledge of “incident‑to” billing procedures.
