CNA/PCA Caregiver – Flexible Shifts

About the role

Commonwise is seeking compassionate CNA/PCA Caregivers to join its home‑care team in Midlothian. You will support clients’ safety, autonomy, and quality of life while enjoying flexible morning, evening, or night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, transferring).
• Support Instrumental Activities of Daily Living such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, driving, and engaging in creative hobbies.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and families, advocating for client needs in community settings.
• Maintain reliable, punctual care during scheduled shifts and follow care plans.

Required profile

• Open to RNs, LPNs, CNAs, PCAs, HHAs, PCTs, MedTechs, nursing students and other care‑related backgrounds.
• Entry‑level candidates welcome – training and mentorship provided.
