CMAAS Intern – Deals Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory (Winter 2027)

About the role

Pwc is seeking a motivated intern to join its Deals – Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) team for the Winter 2027 term. The role offers exposure to complex financial transactions, strategic accounting guidance, and the chance to work alongside seasoned professionals in a fast‑paced advisory environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support CMAAS project teams on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring engagements.
• Assist with financial modeling, regulatory reporting and transaction documentation.
• Conduct research on accounting standards, technical accounting issues and capital‑markets topics.
• Coordinate project activities, track deliverables and contribute to client presentations.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a university program with a focus on finance, accounting or related fields.
• Demonstrates curiosity, strong analytical thinking and a willingness to ask questions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented, deadline‑driven environment.
