Cloud Systems Administrator (AWS, TS/SCI)

About the role

CACI is hiring a Cloud Systems Administrator in St. Louis to support a National Security mission. The role oversees system administration, integration, maintenance and customer support on the customer's Enterprise Development, Test and Production systems, with a special emphasis on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and corporate and financial business systems. The position requires a Top Secret clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Build, deploy, configure and maintain cloud-based applications on Windows and Linux using EC2, EBS, ELB, S3 and RDS, provision stable AMIs, install software, upgrade applications and troubleshoot.
• Manage day-to-day cross-domain file transfers and batch processes.
• Resolve complex system failures and incident tickets in line with procedures and Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs).
• Automate critical production processes via cloud services, applications, operating systems and scripting.
• Optimize system performance, availability and security, and carry out infrastructure changes (storage, load balancing, instance tuning) with zero downtime.
• Coordinate maintenance with customer and program offices, and monitor logs to meet NIST and IC compliance requirements.
• Work with technical leads to adopt industry best practices, and perform backups, restores, user account and file system management.

Required profile

• BS degree in CS, IS, engineering or another technical discipline, with three years of experience.
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
• TS/SCI clearance and ability to pass a polygraph.
• Available for after-hours and on-call support.
• Desired: AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or Professional, and experience with Momentum and Cognos.
