Clinician I – Outpatient Treatment Team

About the role

Join Cascade Community Healthcare’s Outpatient Treatment Team as a Clinician I, providing individual, family, and group therapy to adult clients in Centralia. This full‑time position involves assessment, treatment planning, and coordination of care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop and update treatment plans, and track client progress.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy under supervision of a Mental Health Professional.
• Coordinate services with primary care providers, agencies, and significant others.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, progress notes, and required reports.
• Meet productivity and supervision requirements, attend staff meetings, and participate in quality improvement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling or social sciences.
• Washington State Registered Agency Affiliated Counselor (RAAC) credential or eligibility.
• Pass Washington State Patrol background check.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client locations.

Required skills

• Ability to collect and document clinical data from assessments and tools.
• Proficiency in developing treatment plans and crisis plans.
• Effective communication for coordination with healthcare providers and agencies.
