Clinical Training Specialist

About the role

Distalmotion is seeking a Clinical Training Specialist to join its US Training team. You will be responsible for delivering hands‑on clinical education to surgeons, nurses, and reprocessing technicians, as well as onboarding and certifying new Clinical Sales Specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct dry‑lab, wet‑lab, and on‑site training sessions for surgeons, nurses, and technicians at the Center for the Future of Surgery (CFS) lab in San Diego and other locations.
• Customize training materials to meet the specific needs of each stakeholder group.
• Deliver internal training programs to onboard and certify Clinical Sales Specialists, overseeing the certification process.
• Manage the CFS training center (and additional centers as needed), handling logistics, stock, and maintenance.
• Plan and execute refresher training programs to keep stakeholder knowledge up to date.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align training delivery with customer needs and company goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering clinical education in a MedTech or surgical environment.
• Ability to manage training center operations, including logistics and equipment maintenance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work with internal and external partners.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
