Clinical Support Specialist - West Coast

About the role

Join Incisive’s founding support team as a Clinical Support Specialist, serving dental practices across the West Coast. You will be the primary point of contact, handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful use of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support via text, phone, and email for order, billing, and account questions.
• Track and resolve tickets using the helpdesk system and maintain detailed issue records.
• Coordinate lab fulfillment queries and work with lab partners.
• Troubleshoot basic software and connectivity issues; escalate complex problems to 3Shape support.
• Manage equipment replacements, warranty claims, and create help documentation, FAQs, and guides.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience in the dental industry (practice or lab).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and technical problem‑solving ability.

Required skills

• Familiarity with 3Shape, IMetric and Sirios scanner software.
• Proficiency with Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Experience using CRM and ticketing systems.
