Clinical Specialist, Enabling Technologies (Albuquerque, NM)

About the role

Stryker is hiring a Clinical Specialist for its Enabling Technologies business in Albuquerque, NM. This is a field-based position providing clinical product support to end users and on-site guidance during surgical procedures, with about 30% travel.

Key responsibilities

• Train surgeons and operating room staff on the use of navigation technologies, associated equipment and instruments, and give clinical and technical support to ensure procedural efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with OR and hospital staff, including surgeons and nurses.
• Prepare pre-operative scans for the Enabling Technologies system, help with preoperative planning and intra-operative guidance.
• Submit prompt, accurate complaint reports according to the quality system requirements.
• Provide case coverage at accounts and support the sales plan by growing the use of navigation technologies with current and potential customers.
• Promote the clinical benefits of the products and build strong relationships with key customers.
• Work with Sales Representatives and Marketing to share information on product performance.
• Obtain purchase orders for products and services used during procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 6 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds constantly to move objects.
• Willingness to handle instruments that may have been contaminated by blood or other bodily fluids; possible off-hours, weekends and holidays.
• May be required to obtain the COVID-19 vaccination depending on customer requirements.

Pay range for the United States: $59,900 - $83,300 USD annually.
