Clinical Research & Regulatory Positions at Sylvester Cancer Center

About the role

The Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center Clinical Research Services (CRS) is expanding its centralized clinical trial office and is hiring for a variety of clinical research, regulatory and laboratory positions. Candidates will support Phase 1‑3 oncology trials across the main Miami campus and several satellite sites.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor clinical trial activities, including patient enrollment, data collection, and regulatory documentation.
• Perform regulatory reviews, submissions, and compliance monitoring for investigational studies.
• Provide laboratory support such as specimen processing, phlebotomy, and basic clinical testing.
• Supervise and mentor junior research staff where applicable.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to institutional and NCI guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Public Health, Regulatory Affairs, Nursing or a related field.
• Relevant experience ranging from entry‑level (1 year) to senior (3+ years) depending on the position.
• Required certifications: CCRP or ACRP for coordinators, valid Florida RN license for nurses, Florida Medical Technologist license for lab staff, Certified Phlebotomist with BLS/HIV certification where applicable.
